Product came, was perfectly fine. No custom costs or anything (in eu). But I have to say, the Service ist very good! I needed this product for a project and the customer support was so helpful, friendly and especially fast! I had one of the best customer service experiences ever until now in my life! I was honestly not so sure about this website.. but i am super happy withe the whole customer experience! Thank you so much again for your fast responses to mails!

Disadvantages

My shipment took 3 days longer to ship BUT customer support instantly informed me beforehand , as soon as they knew and asked me if the delay was acceptable. They were very open, polite and generally very nice! Realy appreciated all your behavior in my order process!
