Returns and Exchanges Policy

Pack
Pack all products and accessories carefully in the original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.

Request return
Go to My AccountOrders, open the order and click "Request Return".
Command status must be "Completed"; otherwise the return button will not appear.

Fill in the data
Complete the return request (reason, product condition, contact details). Attach pictures/video if relevant.

Proof of purchase
Attach a copy of your invoice/receipt or other valid proof of purchase. If possible, put a copy in the package as well.

After approval
  • Products without defect: we organize the courier service; the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  • Defects/damaged goods: we organize the courier and cover the cost of return. You do not have to order the courier.

Defections or damage

  • Notify us as soon as possible after discovery (ideally within 2 months of discovery).
  • Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase; photos/video will help to resolve quickly.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we bear the cost of return and can offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Additional guidance

  • All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a completed return form + proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not follow the steps may result in delays or a reduction in the amount refunded (if accessories are missing or there are signs of wear beyond normal wear and tear).
