Pack Items
1 Pack all items in their original packaging. Items bought as sets must be returned as sets.
Return Request Form
2 Fill in the return request form attached to your order or available on our website.
Sales Check
3 Attach a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Address
4 We will send you the return address via email once we receive your return request.

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or non-working items. To be eligible for a return:
  • Contact us within 10 (ten) calendar days of receiving the item to report the defect.
  • Ensure items are in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Submit a copy of the proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
