The delivery took 7 days to the uk and the item arrived with no damage. It was also packaged nicely. I also just placed another order for another item :)

The amp is not useable without a separate power source or cable.

Could have included a USBC to microUSB cable to power the amp provided with the kit.

Product came, was perfectly fine. No custom costs or anything (in eu). But I have to say, the Service ist very good! I needed this product for a project and the customer support was so helpful, friendly and especially fast! I had one of the best customer service experiences ever until now in my life! I was honestly not so sure about this website.. but i am super happy withe the whole customer experience! Thank you so much again for your fast responses to mails!

Dezavantaje

My shipment took 3 days longer to ship BUT customer support instantly informed me beforehand , as soon as they knew and asked me if the delay was acceptable. They were very open, polite and generally very nice! Realy appreciated all your behavior in my order process!

Great new version. A real small device containing a remarkable number of tools for SDR fans. The product arrived as described. I'm looking forward to learn about all the apps on the system.

Package was delivered today. I am pretty new to the portapack and still need to start reading up on SDR and getting familiar with the Mayhem firmware. I just copied the sdcard contents to an SD card and am playing with some of the apps to see what I can pickup. Ordering and delivery was smooth.

Przesyłka w terminie. Duża wszechstronność urządzenia. Jestem pod wrażeniem. Dołączony do zestawu wzmacniacz, koniecznie powinien posiadać złącze usb-c.
