What to do if the courier doesn’t contact you for a return pickup?

After submitting your return form, the courier has 3 business days to pick up the items from your address. On the day the courier is scheduled to arrive, you will receive an SMS from the courier company with their phone number, so you can contact them to confirm the pickup time or provide additional details.

If 3 business days pass and you haven’t heard from the courier, please reach out to us via chat.
