How do you exchange a product and how long does it take

Exchanging an item is simple: you return the one you don’t want and place a new order for the product you prefer.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit a return request for the item you want to replace.

  2. Hand the product to the courier at pickup.

  3. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and evaluated.

  4. After the return is approved, your refund will be issued. The money usually reaches your card within 2–3 days.

How long does it take?
The full return process can take up to 14 calendar days, depending on the evaluation and processing time.

Meanwhile, you can go ahead and place a new order for the product you want so you don’t have to wait.
