What if the courier contacted you but you weren’t at the address?

According to procedure, the courier will attempt to collect the package on two separate business days. If you are not at the address and the courier calls you, you can reschedule the pickup for the next day.

If you cannot hand over the package on the second attempt either, please contact us via chat so we can find a solution together.
