How will you receive your refund if you paid by card?

Your refund will be returned to the same card you used for payment—or more precisely, to the account linked to that card.

The return request process can take up to 14 calendar days, which includes courier pickup, a technical and visual inspection of the product, and processing the refund.

Typically, you’ll receive your money within 2–3 business days after the return is approved, either to the original card/account used for payment or the one provided in your return form. If multiple items were returned under the same request, the refund will be issued automatically to the account used for payment.
