What to do if your refund is delayed?

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please contact us via chat for assistance.

Before reaching out, double-check that the full return period has passed. Refunds are typically processed within 14 calendar days from the date the return request was submitted, and they are returned to the account you specified. If the payment was made with an online bank card, the refund will be issued to that same card.
