When will you receive your refund?

If you have returned one or more products and requested a refund, the amount will be credited to the card you used for payment within 2–3 business days after the return request is approved.

Keep in mind that the full process can take up to 14 days, as it includes the courier pickup, a technical and visual inspection of the product, and the refund processing.

If multiple items were returned under the same request, the refund will be automatically issued to the account used for payment.
