How to register a return

First, make sure the product you want to return meets the return conditions.

If your product is eligible, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your account and open the Order Details page.

  2. Click the Return button next to the product you want to send back.

  3. Select the reason for your return.

  4. Choose how you would like to hand over the product.

  5. Select how you prefer to receive your refund.

Please note that all returns are reviewed manually by our team. Before approving a return, we first check if the issue can be resolved without sending the product back. If the return is accepted, the courier will then be scheduled for pickup.

Make sure the product is properly packaged and ready for transport.
