Return by courier

Want to return a product via courier?

It’s very simple! Go to your order page and select the “Returns” option. Fill out the return form, and a courier will pick up the item from the address you provided within 3 business days of submitting your request.

Once we receive the product, there’s nothing else you need to do. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

You can also choose to receive your refund as a voucher, which will be activated in your account under “Vouchers & Gift Cards.”
