How long does a return take

The process is fairly quick. After you submit your return request, the courier will usually arrive at your address within 1–3 business days—often as soon as the next day.

Returns are finalized within 14 calendar days at most. Once your product is collected, it will go through a technical and visual check. After approval, the refund is issued, and the money is typically back on your card within 2–3 days.

What condition should the items be in?

Returned products must be in their original state, with intact labels, the original warranty certificate (if included), and all documents received with the order. Please make sure to send back any accessories or promotional gifts that were delivered together with the item.
