The RTL-SDR Blog V3 USB-C is a versatile rtl sdr dongle featuring the R860 (R820T2) tuner and RTL2832U chipset. This model includes a 1PPM TCXO for frequency accuracy, SMA F connector, and an aluminum case with passive cooling. It tunes from 500 kHz to 1.7 GHz with up to 3.2 MHz bandwidth (2.4 MHz stable). HF reception is supported via direct sampling mode.
The V3 supports rtl software defined radio and sdr software rtl on Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, and Android. The bias tee can power active antennas or LNA, and the robust design includes a low-noise PCB, improved ESD protection, and a USB-C interface for modern connectivity.
