The RFUWB UWBPA10M1G-16W, UWBPA10M1G-8W is a high-performance broadband RF power amplifier available in two versions: 8W and 16W output power, covering 10–1000MHz. With a typical gain of 33dB, this Class AB linear LDMOS module is built for reliability and ruggedness, featuring built-in protection circuits and 50-ohm input/output impedance.
