Yes. In certain situations, SDRstore may cancel an order before it has been completed or dispatched.
An order may be cancelled for reasons including:
- Payment failure, non-payment or inability to confirm payment;
- Suspected fraud, unusual activity or failed security verification;
- Incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable billing or delivery information;
- A product becoming unavailable or being unable to be supplied;
- An obvious pricing, product information or technical error;
- Shipping restrictions, legal requirements or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If SDRstore cancels an order, we will normally notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, any amount due back to you will be refunded using the applicable payment method, subject to normal payment processing times.
For security reasons, SDRstore may not always be able to disclose the specific details of fraud-prevention or payment verification checks.
