If you cannot log into your SDRstore account, the issue is usually related to the email address, password, browser session or the account used when placing your order.
Try the following steps:
- Check that you are entering the correct email address associated with your SDRstore account;
- Make sure your password is entered correctly and that Caps Lock is not enabled;
- Use the password reset option if you have forgotten your password;
- Check your spam or junk folder if you are waiting for a password reset email;

If you placed an order as a guest, you may not have created an SDRstore account during checkout. In this case, create an account using the same email address and contact SDRstore support if you would like an existing guest order linked to it.
