If you entered incorrect billing information when placing your order, contact SDRstore support as soon as possible. Whether the details can be changed may depend on the order and invoice status.
Billing details may include:
- Your name or company name;
- Billing address;
- Company registration details;
- VAT number or other tax information;
- Other information required on the invoice.
If the invoice has not yet been finalized, we may be able to update the billing information before it is issued.
If an invoice has already been generated or finalized, changes may be limited and may require additional accounting documentation depending on the type of correction requested.
When contacting us, provide your order number together with the complete corrected billing details. For company orders, please include the exact legal company name, billing address and applicable tax or VAT information.
Updating billing information in your SDRstore account does not automatically change the details on an order that has already been placed, so please contact us directly if an existing order needs to be corrected.
