You can update the email address associated with your SDRstore account from your account profile settings.
- Sign in to your SDRstore account;
- Open your account or profile settings;
- Find the email address field;
- Enter your new email address;
- Save the changes.
After updating your email address, use the new address when signing in to your account and when contacting SDRstore about future orders.
If you cannot access your account, no longer have access to your current email address, or are unable to update it yourself, contact SDRstore support. We may ask you to verify account or order information before any account details can be changed.
If you have existing orders, make sure the email address associated with those orders is also correctly linked to your account so you can continue to receive order and shipping updates.
