- Locate the gift card code you received when the gift card was issued;
- Enter the code in the gift card or promotional code field during checkout;
- Check the amount applied to your order or any balance information shown;
- Do not complete the order if you are only checking the available value.
If the remaining balance is not displayed clearly, or if you are unsure whether part of the gift card has already been used, contact SDRstore support and provide the gift card code.
For security reasons, we may ask for additional information related to the gift card or original purchase before confirming its balance.
