The MicroPhase XME7100 is an industrial-grade Xilinx Zynq-7000 FPGA core board available with either the XC7Z035-2FFG676I (275K logic cells) or the XC7Z100-2FFG9001 (444K logic cells) module, delivering up to 2,020 DSP slices and 16 GTX transceiver channels, with PCIe 2.0×8 host connectivity and operation from –40 °C to +85 °C.[1]
