If you placed an order but did not receive an SDRstore order confirmation email, first check that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
Common reasons the confirmation email may be missing include:
- The message was filtered into your spam, junk or promotions folder;
- The email address entered during checkout contains a typing error;
- Your email provider delayed or blocked the message;
- Your mailbox is full or temporarily unable to receive new messages;
- The order was not completed successfully.
Search your inbox for messages from SDRstore and check all spam or filtered folders. If you have an SDRstore account, you can also sign in and check your order history to see whether the order appears there.
If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact SDRstore support and provide your name, the email address used during checkout and any available payment or order details. We can check whether the order was received successfully and help locate it.
If a payment appears on your card or payment account but you have no confirmation email or visible order, please contact us before placing the order again to avoid a possible duplicate purchase.
