If you have returned one or more products and are entitled to a refund, SDRstore will process the reimbursement without undue delay and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
For a valid statutory EU withdrawal, reimbursement is generally due no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once SDRstore has issued the refund, the amount will normally appear on your original payment method within approximately 2–7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and may vary independently of SDRstore.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method that does not result in additional fees for you.
If you returned several products under the same return request, the eligible refund amounts may be processed together or separately depending on when each product is received and inspected. Any reimbursement will be returned to the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.
If your return relates to a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the applicable refund, repair, replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
