If you submitted a product review and it has not appeared yet, it may still be waiting for moderation or processing before publication.
Common reasons a review may not appear immediately include:
- The review is still awaiting moderation;
- The submission contains links, spam-like content or unrelated information;
- The review includes inappropriate or offensive language;
- The review was submitted more than once and a duplicate was detected;
- There was a technical issue while the review was being submitted.
Reviews should focus on the product and your genuine experience with it. Moderation helps keep product pages useful and relevant for other customers.
If your review has still not appeared after a reasonable period, contact SDRstore support and let us know which product you reviewed and approximately when you submitted it. We can check whether the review was received successfully.
