2.4GHz Wi-Fi Security Testing Functions
The DSTIKE WiFi Deauther OLED V8 Kit supports several 2.4GHz Wi-Fi testing functions for learning and authorized security evaluation. The ESP8266 platform supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only and does not support 5GHz networks.
- Deauther testing for disconnecting selected 2.4GHz Wi-Fi devices in authorized environments
- Beacon testing for creating test SSIDs and simulated Wi-Fi network names
- Probe request testing for Wi-Fi tracker research and lab demonstrations
- Packet monitor mode for displaying nearby Wi-Fi traffic information
- Adjustable real-time clock function
Low Power Portable Design
The board is designed for portable use with low power consumption of approximately 80–100mA. With a suitable 3500mAh 18650 cell, battery life can reach up to 35 hours depending on usage, settings, and operating conditions.
OLED Display and Controls
The integrated SH1106 1.3-inch OLED display allows direct interaction with the device. The board includes onboard buttons, a 3-way momentary slide switch, battery status LEDs, and a convenient power button with click-to-turn-on and double-click-to-turn-off operation.
