USRP-LW B205mini-i is a powerful and compact USB Software Defined Radio (SDR) transceiver designed for advanced wireless research, IoT prototyping, and SDR development. Featuring the Analog Devices AD9364 RFIC, it supports 1x1 TX/RX channels and covers a wide frequency range from 70MHz to 6GHz with up to 56MHz bandwidth. High-speed USB 3.0 ensures fast data transfer and low latency for real-time applications.
This SDR platform integrates an optional Xilinx Spartan-6 or Artix-7 FPGA, enabling custom DSP and logic development for demanding projects. With a 61.44 MSps ADC/DAC sampling rate and 12-bit resolution, it delivers high performance and flexibility. Output power exceeds 10dBm, with a noise figure below 8.5dB and local oscillator accuracy of ±2.0ppm.
