When is the product picked up after a return request?

The courier will come to your address within 3 business days of submitting the return form. Make sure to double-check that your address is correct in the form. Please note that all returns must first be reviewed and approved by us. If there was an issue that prompted your return, we can try to resolve it before the return is processed.
